Barefoot Resort bridge opens for Spirit......Saying goodbye with a heavy heart, but also excited:
Today is the day, we shoved off at 7:20 am and headed up the ICW through what is called the "Rock Pile", scary, hey! This is the area of the ICW that was man made and dynamite was used to blow a passage right down the middle......yikes......anyway, we are off, most likely going outside for now, there may be a weather change, so, not sure how long we'll be out there.
Our real estate agent and her husband will be staying at our condo, their home was lost in the fire so Bill and I are happy that we could help them.....they will be moving in this weekend.....
Bill and I also have to thank Dave & Marianne for giving us a great Bon Voyage party last night......what a pleasant surprise...we love you guys....see ya soon - VOTE CAROL CHACE......
